Building industry legislation reform that started in 2009/2010 with a comprehensive review of the Building Act 2004 is about to reach its final point. With Building Amendment Bill (No. 4) that will introduce most important changes to the building industry, we can hope for new momentum that will encourage growth in the building industry.

The NZ Building Law & Regulation Conference will cover all latest changes in building law and regulation area. Starting with the Building Amendment Bill (No. 4), followed with other related issues that industry is facing on a daily basis.
