2012 CBANZ Conference :: 18 – 19 May – Te Papa, Wellington
We are in full swing organising next year’s conference, and it’s going to be better than ever! We though we would give our members a heads up to ensure that you can keep the dates free and book your accommodation in advance as we would love to see you all in Wellington.
Here is a brief outline of the conference:
Thursday 17th of May 2012 :: Factory Tours
This is an optional day preceding our conference, where you are able to hop on the bus and take in the fascinating factory tours. There is no cost involved with these tours and you will even be fed and watered at the various factories that we go and visit.
Friday 18th of May 2012 :: Registration and Conference Opens
Registration will open around 9am for those of you who would like to avoid the rush and register early. Conference will officially open at midday, followed by speakers and motivational entertainment. Later that day you will all be treated to a Builder’s Shout proudly brought to you by Carters. You then have the option to attend the ITM Friday Night Mingler which will be held at Macs Brew Bar onthe Wellington waterfront for 2hours of relaxed networking and mingling.
Saturday 19th of May 2012 :: Conference Continues
The morning will be taken up with valuable educational workshops, with morning tea supplied to you in the trade expo area, then straight back to education and motivation. A delicious lunch will be catered for also in the trade expo area so you can schmooze around the trade stands and chat about new products and services with our valuable Strategic Business Partners.
The AGM (Annual General Meeting) starts right after lunch, this is YOUR turn to speak up and be heard in matters relating to the Industry as well as the Association.
Later on in the day will be the Builder’s Shout brought to you by PlaceMakers, you should then be in the mood to get dressed and dance the night away at our Gala Dinner which will beheld in the Te Papa Foyer.
