If you are Exhibiting at our 18th Annual Certified Builders Conference & Expo, below you will find all the relevant info and links that you need:

Deliveries:
All deliveries are to be sent TSB Bank Arena no earlier than Monday the 23rd of May 2016. Please label your boxes to ensure that they are taken to the correct area of the venue!

Pack-in: You can start setting up your trade stand from 1pm on Wednesday until 6:30pm and then again on Thursday morning from 7:00am to 3:30pm.  Exhibitor access is via the loading dockway at South end of building or via main front entrance at North end, Jervois Quay; dockway height is 1300mm; temporary parking for drop off/pick up is available in the dockway (maximum of ten minutes).

Vehicles must not exceed the 10 minute drop off and pick up limit and must then move to the nearest car park. Please adhere to all parking restrictions and be respectful of the neighbouring businesses. Any vehicle that is left unattended will be ticketed or towed away at the owner’s expense.

Pack-out: You may start to dismantle your stands straight after Lunch on Saturday, from 2pm to late.

Forklift availability: If you require the use of a forklift, please let me know as we might have to hire a forklift driver for the event as TSB Bank Arena cannot guarantee a dedicated forklift and drive to be available during the pack-in and out periods.

Event Parking: Public – Wilson Parking Queens Wharf Car Park (Jervois Quay; beneath TSB Bank Arena): For more information please go to www.wilsonparking.co.nz.

Please note all areas external to the TSB Bank Arena building are tow away zones and are controlled by Wellington Waterfront Ltd. There is no parking on the rear dockway – drop off/pick up facilities only.

Equipment Hire: The trade stands are not supplied with tables, chairs or tablecloths, if you need to hire any equipment you may do so by contacting Nicole at Displayworks: wgtn@displayworks.co.nz or on 04 568 3992 or 021 412 618.

WiFi: There is WiFi available to all exhibitors, however if you require a prolonged connection or high data usage, please contact Jennifer at PWV to organise this.

Delegate Bag Inserts:  We encourage items to be included in the delegates’ bags, however we have found in the past that the majority of pamphlets don’t make it home.  If you have any give-away promotional items that you would like included in the satchels please contact Eve so that your items can be added to the list to ensure that they don’t get misplaced at the Venue.  We estimate 600 inserts will be needed.  Click here to download the delegate bag inserts delivery label (word doc).  Please note that Certified Builders takes no responsibility for misplaced boxes at the venue which might lead to your items not be placed within the delegate bags.

Trade Stand Competitions:  All trade stands are encouraged to hold their own in-stand competition, the competition/lucky-draw winners will be announced during the Saturday Happy Hour.

Charity Auction:  The Charity Auction is a popular event where anybody can grab a bargain, and where all funds raised go to the Apprenticeship Scholarship Trust, if you have any items to auction please let Eve know (eve@certified.co.nz).

Security:  The venue will provide standard security measures.  However, these should not be relied upon to guard individual exhibits.  Neither the Organiser nor the Venue will be responsible for items in the exhibition areas.  Exhibitors are responsible for the insurance of any valuable items on display.

Electrical Equipment: All electrical equipment brought onsite must be tagged and tested.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing by email to eve@certified.co.nz and be received on or before 5pm Friday 13th May 2016. A refund less an administration fee of $150 + GST will apply.

Early Trade Stand Breakdown Penalty:  Exhibitors are able to dismantle and breakdown their trades stands after the Saturday Lunch from 2:00pm to late.  Exhibitors that breakdown prior to this time will pay an early breakdown penalty of $500 + GST.
