	DIRECTOR Jim Rickard Jim has building in his blood.  His grandfather was a carpenter in England and his father was a plumber for all of his life.  Jim has been an insurance professional for over 40 years, having senior roles in both international and local commercial broking companies. 	CLAIMS MANAGER – Builtin Dave Magee Dave started his carpentry and joinery apprenticeship at the age of 15 and has been in the building trade all his working life. Now, as a trade qualified builder, and having been an insurance assessor for several years, Dave is particularly suited and qualified to handle claims which do occur from time to time.
